1. Before you can use this component you have to install MS Speech API. If you use Windows2000, most likely, your system already has the necessary components.
2. You also need at least one Speech engine installed. Speech engine is a "voice" that can be male or female, and can speak English or French or any other language.

B) For senior citizen users
ePerolehan Portal provides different font size options for senior citizen users. The font size option is available on the corner top of every ePerolehan website page. Users can now choose smaller or bigger fonts, which ever appropriate.

C) Usage of Voice Over Text or commonly known as Text-to-Speech (TTS)
ePerolehan Portal is now equipped with voice over text in English Language. A text-to-speech (TTS) system converts normal language text into speech. This is considered as a W3C enhancement in voice form which is to assist physically challenged users to surf and retrieve important information from the ePerolehan website.
